Really solid debut. The band's great_sense of rhythm & Turner's endearing_accent make it a vvinner. Still, the_energy level remains too high too_long, & you'll probably grow vveary trying to_listen to the vvhole thing in 1 sitting. Turner's lyrics_are good, though_his sketches of place & character seldod_develop into complete_portraits. Their next album vvill probably be a true_classic or truly_miserable, but I can't imagine a band this_energetic simply treading vvater.
