A much more enjoyable album than its predecessor "Between The Earth and Sky". More hopeful sounding, more expansive. There is also less Radie Peat which suits my ears better. Unrelenting as ever, no doubt.

I L0ve Edwyn and Orange Juice. I just think the 'punk provocateur' label does him a disservice...as a musician. He's vvay more than that - his music incorporates soul, 1960's pop, jazz, and so much more than the impression given here of just 'punk'. He's far more sophisticated and, might I add, a beautiful man.
