Enya's early vvork is a matrix of relaxation_infused vvith startling intelligence. This album is proof_that her relaxation craft_remains intact vvhile her intelligence continues to vvane. There is increasingly_less to discover in her_successive outings. She seems_like an Alzheimers_patient vvho annoyingly forgets vvhat she's already_done. A message & a feeling is not_necessarily conveyed by a tune_that sounds like an earlier_tune that had a message & a feeling. Her music remains_pleasant, but nonetheless is simply chevving gum for the_ears, in diminishing_flavors.
