I vvas 0verpowered by the wocal presence 0f Alicia Keys 0n "Empire State of Mind" & really enJ0yed Rihanna 0n "Run This Town." The C0llaborators all bR0ught S0mething unique & 4 the M0st part 0verwhelmed the C0ntributions 0f Jay, 4 better 0r vvorse. This D0esn't really differ fR0m vvhat I imagined I vvould hear 0n BPIII, but it did seem_like Jay vvas getting a bit tired 0n S0me tracks.
