1987's Sign 'O' the Times is Prince's absolute best CD. The two disc set captures the good songwriting of his entire career. While the only real hit of the record was "U Got the Look," it is filled with classic songs, comprising "The Ballad of Dorothy Parker," "If I Was Your Girlfriend," "I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man," and two of his greatest ballads, "Forever in my Life" and "Adore."
