Video Premiere: Lady Gaga "Born This Way"

The clip was directed by Nick Knight, along with Lady Gaga, the Haus of Gaga creative team and choreographer Laurieann Gibson.

The pop star confirmed last week that she will unleash another "Born This Way" video as well. The second version, she says, "is a more stripped-down version of the song that will be released on iTunes and also released as an audio file. A portion of the money raised selling the song is actually going to go towards an anti-bully charity."

"Born This Way" is avaible now for free with a pre-order of the Born This Way album from Target.com, and you can also snag the single on iTunes.

"Sucker Punch" Soundtrack - Alison Mosshart, Queen, Emiliana Torrini and Björk

"SUCKER PUNCH" Soundtrack set for March 22nd release featuring artists Alison Mosshart, Queen, Emiliana Torrini and Björk

Two-years-in-the-making-collection set also includes songs from the Film's stars:
Emily Browning, Carla Gugino and Oscar Isaac

Soundtrack Comprised of Wildly Reimagined versions of classic songs

WaterTower Music is thrilled to announce the release of "Sucker Punch: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" on March 22, 2011. The audio companion to the film director Zack Snyder describes as "Alice In Wonderland with machine guns" has taken over two years to create, and will delight filmgoers and music fans of all generations.

Snyder (Watchmen, 300), collaborated with Grammy®-nominated composer and music director Marius de Vries (Moulin Rouge!) and composer Tyler Bates (Watchmen, 300, Californication) to select the collection of songs featured on the soundtrack, which play an integral role in the film.

"Working with Marius and re-teaming with Tyler on Sucker Punch's soundtrack was an extraordinary experience," said Snyder. "Sucker Punch is a film created with multiple levels of reality, so this same layered construct had to be considered and applied when approaching the music. The selection of songs we chose and the various ways in which they were each re-envisioned had to add depth, dimension and meaning to the sequences they exist within. Marius and Tyler did an amazing job creating an intricate musical landscape to accompany the surreal imagery of the film."

Fascinatingly reworked versions of classic songs illuminate the soundtrack, with the film's star Emily Browning covering "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)" (Eurythmics), "Where Is My Mind?" (The Pixies), and "Asleep" (The Smiths), and stars Carla Gugino (Watchmen) and Oscar Isaac (Robin Hood) performing a sultry, musical theatre-inspired version of "Love Is The Drug" (Roxy Music). Alison Mosshart (The Dead Weather, The Kills) and Carla Azar (Autolux) team up on a haunting version of "Tomorrow Never Knows" (The Beatles). Björk fans will love the newly created version of "Army Of Me (Sucker Punch Remix)" that features Skunk Anansie and clocks in at nearly seven minutes.

Intense, sexy, edgy and highly imaginative, these new and unrestrained arrangements of legendary songs, along with the original mash up of Queen's "I Want It All/We Will Rock You" featuring Armageddon Aka Geddy (Terror Squad), are the backbone of the film driving the relationship between the motives of the characters and the lengths they are willing to go for survival.

TRACK LISTING:

1. "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)" - Emily Browning
2. "Army Of Me (Sucker Punch Remix)" - Björk featuring Skunk Anansie
3. "White Rabbit" - Emiliana Torrini
4. "I Want It All"/"We Will Rock You" Mash-Up - Queen w/ Armageddon Aka Geddy
5. "Search And Destroy" - Skunk Anansie
6. "Tomorrow Never Knows" - Alison Mosshart and Carla Azar

Sucker Punch is an epic action fantasy that takes us into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality. Unrestrained by the boundaries of time and place, she is free to go where her mind takes her, and her incredible adventures blur the lines between what's real and what is imaginary.

She has been locked away against her will, but Babydoll (Emily Browning) has not lost her will to survive. Determined to fight for her freedom, she urges four other young girls-the outspoken Rocket (Jena Malone), the street-smart Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens), the fiercely loyal Amber (Jamie Chung) and the reluctant Sweet Pea (Abbie Cornish)-to band together and try to escape their terrible fate at the hands of their captors, Blue (Oscar Isaac), Madam Gorski (Carla Gugino) and the High Roller (Jon Hamm).

Led by Babydoll, the girls engage in fantastical warfare against everything from samurais to serpents, with a virtual arsenal at their disposal. Together, they must decide what they are willing to sacrifice in order to stay alive. But with the help of a Wise Man (Scott Glenn), their unbelievable journey-if they succeed-will set them free.

Seasons Of My Soul - Rumer Reviews and more

Based on 3 critics - Overal Score:  76/ 100

The debut album from singer-songwriter Rumer, including the single "Aretha". It follows the success of her EP, Slow.
Musically, Seasons Of My Soul is influenced by Rumer's upbringing, which takes in a childhood spent in an enclosed, exotic expat colony in Pakistan. Here, her family would often sing and write songs together, determined to provide their own entertainment in the absence of TV or newspapers. Then, they relocated to the New Forest, where Rumer first saw a television, and married her love of the folk tradition with the sweeping melodies of the technicolor movie musicals. It is a blissful harmony, which you can hear in the likes of Slow and Come To Me High.

The Raveonettes to Release New Album & more

The Raveonettes to release 2011 album Raven in the Grave

Set for an april 5th release on Vice Records

New Track "FORGET THAT YOU'RE YOUNG" Now Avaiable for free download

The Raveonettes Sharin Foo and Sune Rose Wagner are excited to announce the release of their new album "Raven In The Grave," out April 5th on Vice Records. After the best part of a decade honing their instantly recognizable sound and seeing it co-opted by so many other bands aspiring for a similar level of greatness, the Danish-bred, American-based fuzz pop duo is blazing a newer, darker trail with the compelling "Raven In The Grave."

"I think we have finally hit on something quite important and different for this album," explains Sune. "This is the first Raveonettes album we've done which doesn't feature the signature Raveonettes surf drumbeat. None of the tunes have any real sunshine to them. It's all very un-Rave." "It has a mood of ethereal defiance," Sharin adds. "It's dark but not bleak, like the single minded determination caused by crisis that is not quite hope but just as powerful. It's the perfect winter soundtrack just in time for spring".

To get fans excited, The Raveonettes are offering the achingly-beautiful new song "Forget That You're Young" for free download at http://www.viceland.com/vicerecords/download/the_raveonettes-forget_that_youre_young.mp3

It doesn't take long to hear how the band has superseded their traditional sound. Of course, melody is still key to what the Raveonettes do, but the familiar bombastic beats and squalls of guitar-noise take a backseat during much of "Raven In The Grave." Instead, the album is awash with ghostly synths and chillingly beautiful riffs that leave you feeling simultaneously unsettled and enchanted. It's easily the most soulful music the duo has created to date.

Let England Shake - PJ Harvey Reviews, Videos and More

Based on 4 critics - Overal Score:  87/ 100

Let England Shake is the eighth studio record by PJ Harvey. Let England Shake was recorded in a 19th Century church in Dorset, on a cliff-top overlooking the sea. It was created with a cast of musicians comprising such long-standing allies as Flood, John Parish, and Mick Harvey. What is remarkable about Let England Shake is bound up with its music, its abiding atmosphere and in particular, its words. If Harvey's past work might seem to draw of direct emotional experience, this record is rather different. Its songs centre on both her home country, and events further afield in which it has embroiled itself. The lyrics return, time and again, to the matter of war, the fate of the people who must do the fighting, and events separated by whole ages, from Afghanistan to Gallipoli. The Record they make up is not a work of protest, nor of strait-laced social or political comment. It brims with the mystery and magnetism in which she excels. But her lyric-writing in particular has arrived at a new, breathtaking place, in which the human aspects of history are pushed to the foreground. Put simply, not many people make records like this.

Top Pop-Dance Music (Best of Dance Albums)

2. Pet Shop Boys - The Complete Singles Collection
80's new wave at it's finest with pop rolled in.

3. 2 Unlimited - Hits Unlimited
Absolutely great music!

4. Milli Vanilli - Girl You Know It's True
It's a success in that the sound is solid, high-energy and - in the case of "I'm Gonna Miss You" - too emotional.

5. Duran Duran - Greatest
This is a excellent selection of tracks but it still misses because of the horribly butchered single versions of 'Save a Prayer' and 'Rio'.

6. Ace Of Base - Greatest Hits
This collection includes all of Ace Of Base's hits..plus some newincredible tracks!

7. Janet Jackson - Design of a Decade: 1986-1996
"Design of a Decade 1986-1996" is a compilation of most of Janet Jackson's hits within that time span. Every track plays a excellent role in music history.

8. Best of Real McCoy: Another Night
Interesting lyrics combine with electro syntesizer.

9. Mariah Carey - #1's
Great compilation of Mariah's top hits.

10. Michael Jackson - Bad
The songs are perfect.
