Gorillaz - The Fall (2011) CD Covers
The Fall is an album from British virtual band Gorillaz. The album was officially announced on 20 December 2010 and soon after released on 25 December 2010 as a "free" download on the Gorillaz website, exclusively to fans in the band's Sub-Division fan club. The entire album was recorded on group founder Damon Albarn's iPad during the American leg of the Escape to Plastic Beach World Tour in October 2010 and mixed in England by Stephen Sedgwick. The album features fewer guest artists than previous Gorillaz albums; collaborators include Mick Jones and Paul Simonon of The Clash and Bobby Womack.

Don’t expect to see Snookie’s or any member of the Kardashian clan’s name on a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame anytime soon (or ever for that matter). According to reports, a recent inquiry via Facebook about the possibility of a reality TV star receiving the honor was met with the response, “hell to the no,” by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the organization that decides who gets a star.

Day celebration yesterday. Aretha Franklin served as the ‘warm-up’ for
the Labor Day festivities before the President delivered a speech to
metro Detroiters and labor leaders about jobs. “If you want to know who
helped lay these cornerstones of the American middle class, you just
have to look at union labor. That’s the bedrock this country is built
on: Hard work. Sacrifice. Looking out for one another…,” he told the

"The Day We Caught the Train" reached number four in the charts, with "You've Got It Bad" and "The Circle" also reaching the top 10. "One for the Road" was also due to be released, but the band decided to concentrate on 1997 release Marchin' Already. By the end of 1996, "Moseley Shoals" had sold 1.3 million copies.
